The maths
A cashier who never tires
Every row is read as it arrives. Positive amounts go to assets, negative amounts or rows marked expense, debit, payment or fee go to expenses, and the net position updates the moment a file is read.
Track assets and expenses, bring in whole stacks of CSV ledgers and watch the totals update live. Save polished reports in nine formats, keep every file in order with DeskOrganizer and hide every figure in one tap, all in one calm Windows app that keeps your finances on your PC.
$129 · One-time purchase · Windows
A three-minute tour of the real app: ingest a stack of ledgers, watch the totals update live, build your own sheet on the left, save in several formats and let DeskOrganizer file everything.
6 pages · Exported from the Audit Hub · Opens in a new tab
300 mixed files sorted A to Z by name, by type and by extension in one click, with search, a duplicates preview and the same folders on your desktop.
124 CSVs read in seconds, then + − × ÷ across CSVs and assets, STOP subtotals versus normal order rules, saved formulas, Save As and the Audit Hub. Exact numbers on screen.
Five large CSVs added one by one with the running total after each step, then assets, then STOP to lock the whole total before dividing it. Real numbers from the app.
The Audit Hub formula table after every step: + − × ÷ with big CSVs and assets, each STOP shown as its own subtotal row, and the total updating each time. Real numbers from the app.
Buttons on the left, the live FORMULA box and its Total on the right the whole time: × and ÷ with big CSVs and assets, two STOP subtotals, a saved formula reloaded and swapped, the same items without STOP, then Save As and the saved file ingested back.
Two STOP examples with big CSVs and assets, the TOTAL shown after every step: STOP locks the total, then × and ÷ work on the whole locked amount, next to the app’s own result without STOP. Then the formula is saved, loaded back, saved as CSV with its STOP and ingested back as one clean entry.
Everything FinTracker does comes down to four simple jobs, done quietly and accurately on your own PC.
